DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Thayer Design Studio offers a wide range of designs which serve as the foundation to your custom project. We offer a collaborative, hands-on approach to rug design and encourage our trade partners to be inspired and creative. We’ll work closely with you to achieve a truly custom piece, tailored to your needs and vision.
Our rugs can be customized to the inch. We allow for modification of the scale of the pattern, colors of your choosing (see all colors here) and accommodation for cutouts. Should you want to design something completely new, we can work with you on that as well!
PROCESS
1- Let us know what you’re thinking! Minimally provide desired pattern and dimensions. If you already know your color scheme and have a drawing for patterning or cutouts, we welcome that as well.
2- We’ll provide a quote, insights on finishing details and a shop drawing. A sample can also be requested at this time. Custom samples typically take 1-2 weeks to make.
3- Client approves and confirms order.
4- Production begins! Lead time is 4-6 weeks from deposit receipt.
